We understand the middle market culture and its unique demands on its employees (this is especially true in Private Equity portfolio companies). This is why we’ve developed a multi-dimensional vetting process that thoroughly explores the expectations and motivations of all parties involved - HR, the hiring/supervising manager and the candidate. Our process includes a series of, iterative structured interviews, supplemented by a comprehensive search of the public domain to truly understand what motivates the person behind the resume. Once the vetting process is completed, we incorporate input from all interested parties and develop a personal candidate profile that includes such things as; educational background/achievements, career overview, relevant career experience/achievements, career insights, personal background, compensation history and recruiter comments. The candidate profile is developed prior to the first interview and facilitates a more focused and relevant discussion by focusing the conversation on issues that are relevant and material to all parties.
